Place des Victoires

Complete renovation of a real estate agency located on Place des Victoires in Paris. This former jewelry store had previously been converted into offices for one of Paris’s most prestigious real estate agencies, without any interior modifications.

We were therefore commissioned to completely rethink the space and adapt it to the agency’s concept: “here, it feels like home, and future buyers should feel as though they are already in their future apartment.”

Our challenge was to create a space that is fully functional for the daily work of the agents, while simultaneously serving as a showcase and manifesto for the agency. This involved a new spatial layout, the use of architectural codes typical of Parisian interiors, and the resolution of all existing technical issues.
