Appartment Batignolles
Complete renovation of a 90 m² apartment in the Batignolles district of Paris. Located in a 1970s building, the apartment’s main asset, despite its north-facing orientation, is its abundant natural light. The design challenge was to create a kitchen closely connected to the living and dining areas, as it is currently tucked away at the back of the apartment.
The bedrooms needed to be rethought to incorporate ample storage. An additional room was designed to serve as a home office / guest bedroom. Our clients, a couple with a child, wanted a reception space capable of hosting friends and extended family: where the previous living room measured only 19 m², we now provide them with 26 m².
