Appartment Malte
Refresh of a 53 sqm apartment located in the République district of Paris. Nothing radical here: the project follows a measured approach, working with the existing layout. Designed for furnished rental, the apartment needed above all to be functional.
The bedroom originally offered limited storage, with the bed pushed into a corner. It has been rethought around a large linear wardrobe, fitted with mirrored doors to visually lighten the volume and enhance the sense of space.
In the double reception room, the furniture layout has been redesigned to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The kitchen and bathroom both benefit from a careful update.
In the kitchen, the intervention focuses on replacing the upper cabinets, worktop and backsplash, as well as the blind and ceiling light. In the shower room, the towel warmer and shower enclosure are retained, while the wall tiles are replaced to modernize the space.
