Appartment Trocadéro

Complete renovation of a 200 m² apartment, including the creation of a 20 m² independent studio.

Behind the door of this apartment, a space with exceptional potential awaited the return of its full brightness. The wet areas, dark and narrow, no longer suited contemporary living needs. Over the years, added corridors and dressing rooms had hindered circulation and diminished the sense of volume. The former office, perched on the upper level and accessible from the living room, remained underutilized.

Our mission was to bring light, openness, and fluidity back to this interior. Walls were removed to create a natural flow, and the volumes were reimagined to integrate functional, built-in storage solutions. The former office was transformed into a 20 m² independent studio, designed as an autonomous and welcoming space.

In total, 19 contractors and suppliers collaborated closely to bring this ambitious project to life, revealing the full modernity and elegance of the apartment.
