Appartement Luxembourg

Complete renovation of a 197 m² apartment, including the creation of an independent 8 m² office.

Perched on the edge of the Luxembourg Garden, this apartment was a true time capsule, having undergone no major renovations for over 50 years. Every space bore witness to a frozen past, yet the apartment was full of potential.

​

Our mission was to rethink the layout and breathe new life into the apartment. The kitchen, previously hidden behind the service staircase, was transformed into a central living area. A private screening room was designed for the owners’ movie nights, while new storage solutions and a dressing room for both Mr. and Mrs. provided comfort and elegance. A laundry room completes the interior, meeting the practical needs of a modern family.

Every detail was carefully considered to combine aesthetics, functionality, and comfort, transforming this historic apartment into a space that is both vibrant and contemporary.
