Appartement Tour de Seine

Complete renovation of an 83 m² apartment. Located in this Beaugrenelle residence, the apartment had not been touched since its construction. The focus was on opening up the space to light and taking full advantage of the spectacular views.

We concentrated on key areas to maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere. The entrance, dining area, and living room were reconfigured to maximize the panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower, beautifully framed by the large floor-to-ceiling windows.

The wet areas were also completely redesigned to reflect a more contemporary aesthetic.
